Part-time Teaching Assistant
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, flexible and committed individual to join our team and support us in our mission to provide our Year 3 children with the very best education. You will assist the teacher with the day-to-day running of provision; ensuring the children’s happiness, general welfare and safety are maintained to the highest standard. You will assist with planning, preparation, as well as delivering sessions devised to meet children’s educational and developmental needs. As part of the team, you will be required to cover before school care, break and lunch duties.
Working hours for the role will be from 8.00am to 1.00pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during term-time. This is a fixed-term contract from January to July 2026, although there may be the potential for extension.

You should have a GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics and the ability to use accurate spoken and written English.

1:1 Learning Support Assistant
We are seeking a caring and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a Key Stage 3 pupil. The successful candidate will provide tailored support that promotes emotional wellbeing, builds confidence, and enables the pupil to engage positively in learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the pupil on a 1:1 basis to help them access lessons, remain engaged, and feel supported throughout the school day.
- Use de-escalation strategies and a calm, consistent approach to help the pupil manage emotions and reduce barriers to learning.
- Support the pupil in developing routines, self-regulation skills, and positive coping strategies.
- Collaborate with class teachers, the Head of Learning Support and pastoral staff to adapt work, implement support plans, and monitor progress.
- Promote a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where the pupil feels valued and understood.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting young people with additional needs, particularly emotional difficulties.
- Can remain calm, empathetic and solution-focused in challenging situations.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Communicates effectively with staff, parents and external professionals.
- Is reliable, flexible, and committed to helping pupils reach their potential.

Swim Teacher
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and friendly swim teacher to join our popular and highly regarded Swim School, offering swimming lessons to children aged 4yrs and above in our warm 20m pool.
Candidates must be qualified to either Swim England SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate and have experience of teaching all abilities, from beginners to advanced swimmers. Candidates must be prepared to teach in the water as well as out of the water.
Hours: Saturday from 9.00am – 11.15am.
Pay: £67.50 (£22.50 per 45 minute lesson) with additional benefits of sick pay and company pension.
